Order confirmation and acknowledgment of receipt of the order
After you submit an order, you receive a receipt by e-mail that volvo4x4xparts.com have received your order. For this e-mail shows which items you have ordered and at what price.
If volvo4x4xparts.com can fulfill your order, the money will be withdrawn from your account and the goods are sent with accompanying invoice.
The orders are handled in the order they are received. It may happen that an item number is temporarily out of stock. We will in these cases contact you about the expected delivery time.
Check your order receipt
When you have received your receipt, make sure that it is consistent with your order and that your contact information is correct. If you discover errors in the order confirmation or if you have any changes to your order please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have changes to your order it will be subject to a handling amount.
Payment for goods that are ordered must be made online by using the listed payment gateways. This information is transmitted encrypted between client and volvo4x4parts.coms payment provider.
When paying by stripe or PayPal the amount will be reserved on your account when you make your order, but first pulled when the order is shipped.
When paying by bank transfer/mobilepay, the order will be executed when the amount is received

When you shop at Volvo4x4parts.com, you have a 24-month warranty against defects in the goods. From the time you received the goods, you must as soon as possible (max. 8 days) contact Volvo4x4parts.com and explain what the defect is, remember to include invoice number. Volvo4x4parts.com will then handle your complaint and find a solution to the problem.
The warranty is void if the defect is caused by the buyer, for example as a result of incorrect use or repair.
Returns of online trading
Under Danish law, you have 14 days to cancel when you shop online. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive your goods. You cannot undo by simply reject the goods without giving us clear communication on this. You must, within 14 days of receipt notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can do this by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you regret parts of an order, you get a sum equivalent to the returned goods. Goods returned must be attached to the invoice or other information about the name, address and the reason for the return. Repayment is made to the same credit card that you used for the payment of your order. Once the item is received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. Cost for the return, you must bear. You will be liable for any diminished value of the goods. If the product is used, you cannot expect to get the full amount in return.
